"Jennnifer went ABOVE and beyond for me when I found in a panicked situation regarding my auto insurance. Apparently I had not "opt-ed in" to recieve email communications and missed a month's worth of important reminders, ultimately resulting in a discontinuance of my active policy. When I realized my monthly payment hadn't been deducted I called the office in terror and she spent SO MUCH time helping me to unravel the mess I found myself in. She stayed after business hours to re-quote my policy and even got my payment a bit lower than it had been before. I am very grateful for her diligent customer service and patience! 10/10 stars would recommend."
